Farm

Our produce section will be grown on the back acres. In 2024-2025 our goal is to grow a small area of diverse vegetables and a food producing cover crop with the Milpa seed mix from Green Cover Seed, however, we will eliminate corn from the Milpa planting as we are honored to farming next to the Munsee Three Sisters Farm of the Lenape Turtle Clan. The Lenape here are working hard to grow and preserve their heritage corn varieties. Since corn is wind pollinated and will cross pollinate in such close quarters, therefore we will not be growing corn on our land.
Our Farm includes a significant Herb Garden for culinary, teas, essential oils and so much more. We are constantly amazed at the healing powers of herbs. We will work toward drying and processing herbs for longer storage and packaging.

Lavendula Knoll marks the highest point in our Herb Garden! We will be working on planting our lavender soon!
